James William Booth, 54 of Bowling, Ky. passed away Monday, March 10, 2014 at the Medical Center Hospital in Bowling Green. Mr. Booth was born May 3, 1959 in Butler County, to the late Carl and Nola Phelps Booth. James had been a dairy farmer for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Joe booth and one sister Laura Bell Booth.

James William Booth is survived by his niece Kathy Brooks of Bowling Green; 1 Aunt Mary Phelps of Belton, Ky.; 1 uncle Donald Phelps of Belton, Ky.; and several cousins.

Graveside Service will be held at Peyton Phelps Cemetery, Monday, March 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
with Bro. Kenneth Whitaker officiating. Under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky. . Burial will follow in the Peyton Phelps Cemetery.
