Iva E. Bratcher, 83 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Friday, September 16, 2016, at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Iva was born July 27, 1933, in Ohio County Kentucky to the late Arch & Icy Taylor Johnson. She was a member of Oak Ridge General Baptist Church and Co Owner of Bratcher's Grocery. Together Iva & Carl served their community with over 40 years at Bratcher's Grocery. She was a homemaker and house wife. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by four sisters Ruby Rogers, Juanita Royal, Verna Dean Sapp and Novie St Clair and three brothers Marvin, Stanley and Hoover Johnson.
Iva E. Bratcher is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Carl Bratcher of Morgantown, Ky.; three children Bobby Bratcher and wife Sandy, Kathy Bratcher and Mark Bratcher all of Morgantown, Ky.; five grandchildren Chris Bratcher and wife Leah, Ryan Bratcher, Todd Bratcher, Jock Bratcher and wife Christy and Markus Bratcher and wife Bethie all of Morgantown, Ky.; 5 great grandson; three great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday September 19, 2016 at 1:00pm with Bro. Gary Embry officiating.

Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday September 18, 2016 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday September 19, 2016 from 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
