Gregory Shane Neighbors 41,  of Morgantown, Kentucky, died Tuesday, September  13, 2011, in a Warren County accident. The Butler County native was born June 23, 1970 .

He currently worked at Aleris Recycling and had previously worked at Delta Faucets as a supervisor for 18 years. He was a Member of Morgantown United Methodist Church.

He was the son of  the late Douglas Neighbors  and Judy Shain Tarrence. He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents, Jimmy and Joyce Neighbors, Herbert & Delphia Shain.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Smith Funeral Home. Visitation begins at  11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife Vickie Neighbors of Morgantown; son Gregory Austin Neighbors of Morgantown; stepdaughter Meagan Simmons of Bowling Green; stepson Nathan Britt of Morgantown; 3 Step Grandchildren Bryson Britt of Morgantown, MacKenzie  and Grant Simmons of Bowling Green,  mother Judy Tarrence of Morgantown, in-Laws; Millard and Sandy Burden of Morgantown, and several brothers and sister in- laws.
