Glodine Forsythe age 83 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Glodine was Born March 14, 1930 in Butler County to the late Lonzo and Lilly Childers Burden and was a seamstress for Kellwood Co. and many others. She was preceeded in death by her husband E.W. Betheel,  son Richard Thomas Flener,  sister Roxie Whittinghill, and 4 brothers Elige, Alfred, Ralph, and Frank Burden.
Glodine Forsythe is survived by her husband Oliver Forsythe of Morgantown, Ky.,  daughter Loretta McKinney of Morgantown Ky., 2 granddaughters Deanna Brown of Morgantown Ky., and Catessa Flener of Florida, 3 grandsons Scotty "Hoppy" Hunt and wife Christy of Morgantown Ky.,Greg Hunt and wife Latisha of Bowling Green Ky., and Richard Thomas Flener II of Florida, 2 great grandchildren Mikayla and Connor Brown of Morgantown, Ky., 1 sister- in- law Nancy Burden of Louisville, Ky., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 12:00 pm at The Jones Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jim McDaniel officiating. Burial will be in Hill Haven Memory Gardens. Vistation will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 from 3:00 pm till 8:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel and on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 8:00 am till funeral service time at 12:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Ghapel.
