Glindell Tarrence, age74, of Caneyville passed away Saturday, March 1st , 2014 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

He was born on June 17th, 1939 in Grayson County, the son of the late James Lukis and Mary Lee (Mollyhorn) Tarrance. He was retired from the Timber Industry.

Glindell is survived by his brothers Mike and Ricky Tarrance, and his twin brother Kendol Tarrance all of Caneyville; four sisters, Lovell Bratcher, Brenda Priest of Caneyville; Marcel Dockery of Morgantown; and Betty Kerr of Leitchfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his three brothers, Tressie Tarrance, Lyndol Tarrance, Billy Tarrance; and two sisters Patricia Tarrance, and Erma Busby.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 3rd at 2:00 p.m. at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Stevie Embry will be officiating. Burial will be in the Bates Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Sunday March 2nd from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, March 3rd from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
