Glen Woodrow Brown, 92 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at his residence. Glen was born March 13, 1921 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Ira and Nellie Askew Brown and husband of the late Virginia Lucille Lindsey Brown. He was a retired farmer, WWII Army Veteran and was of the Church of Christ Faith. He was preceded in death by one son Ricky Brown; sister Lorene Lee and 4 brothers Boyce, Reno, Vane and Mandell Brown.

Glen Woodrow Brown is survived by one son Randy Brown of Morgantown, Ky.; step-daughter Linda Mauzey Jenkins of Aberdeen, Ky.; step son Dennis Mauzey of Morgantown, Ky.; granddaughters Shannon, Alisa and Jennifer; step grandchildren Miranda Coleman, Devin Jenkins, Lauren Mauzey, Scott Mauzey and Jessica Powell; step great-grandchildren Clayton, Shelby and Trevor Powell and several nieces and nephews. We are blessed that our extended family James Ford, Kendra, Hall, and  Aaliyah took such loving care of Glen in his final days at their home.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, April 22, 2013 at 1:00pm with Bro. Jimmy McIntosh officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Garden where military rights will be presented by AM Vets Post #117. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3:00pm - 8:00pm and Monday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.jonesfuneralchapel.com.
