Geraldine Ruth Lee, 94 of Huntsville Alabama formerly of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday March 12, 2015 at the Madison Manor in Madison Alabama. Geraldine was born March 1, 1921 in Clarksville Arkansas to the late Homer and Ruth Mowery. She was a member of Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sisters.
Geraldine Ruth Lee is survived by one son Tom Summers wife Silvia of Madison Alabama; three grandchildren Shelly Dowling husband Chad of Mt Juliet TN, Stacy Harmes husband Brian of Rochester, New York and Stephen Summers of Huntsville, Ky.; 3 great grandchildren; one brother Ted Mowery of Peru Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church Saturday March 14, 2015 at 12:00pm with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Aberdeen Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday March 14, 2015 from 11:00am until funeral time at 12:00pm at the Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.
