Gerald Ray Howton, 63, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Suburban Hospital. Born in Central City.  He worked at Louisville Cartage Company, where he was a truck driver for 22 years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years , Geneva JoAnn (Dennison) Howton, son Scott A. Howton (Raydean), daughters Mary Ann Bingham (Chris) and Penny Lynn Dean (Bryan); his  mother Willodean Givens, brother Mike Howton, sister Paula Howton, four grandchildren - Dusten Howton, Paige Bingham, Crystal Dean and Brittany Bingham; five  great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren.  His funeral will be 12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, at Owen Funeral Home - 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, December 21.
