Georgia Ann Sams, 85 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Georgia was born on Saturday, July 19, 1930 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Harlin Patterson Hunt and Gustie Earl Duke Hunt. She was a member of Aberdeen Missionary Baptist Church and was retired from Holley Carburetors. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by one son Dewayne Johnson, one sister Carrie McKinney and two brothers Luther and Vincent Hunt.
Georgia Ann Sams is survived by one daughter Debbie Marrs and husband Tim of Morgantown, Ky.; two sons Ollie Ray Brooks and wife Diann of Louisville, Ky. and Dallas Brooks and wife Kathleen of Morgantown, Ky. and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Sunday January 24, 2016 at 2:00pm with Bro. Derek Cain officiating.

Burial will be in the Dan Johnson Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2015 from 9:30am until funeral time at 2:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
