George Junior Combs, 88 of Glasgow formerly of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday January 14, 2016 at the Glasgow State Nursing Facility in Glasgow Kentucky. George was born October 24,1927 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Edgar and Vevia A. Parsley Combs. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one son, three sisters Nellie Jean Becker, Patricia Kisthardt and Callie Schweitzer and three brothers Earl, Carl and Irvin Combs.
George Junior Combs is survived by one daughter Theresa Combs; two sisters Lavenia Mason and Dora Zimmerman; two brothers Charles Edgar Combs and Phillip Combs and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday January 18, 2016 at 11:00am.

Burial will be in the Rock Hill Cemetery in Monroe County Kentucky.

Visitation will be held Monday January 18, 2016 from 9:0am until funeral time at 11:00am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
