Gary L. Whittinghill, 56 of Jetson, Ky. passed away Wednesday March 13, 2013 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky Hospice Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Gary was born December 16, 1956 in Edmonson County, Ky. to the late Willard and Janie Elzo Chambers Whittinghill. He attended New Life Assembly Church and worked in sales and farmed. Preceded in death by one sister Vernita Weinstine and one brother Carl Whittinghill. Gary L. Whittinghill is survived by his wife Melinda Jones Whittinghill of Jetson, Ky.; son Jeffrey Rasdall of Jetson, Ky.; daughter Rachael Whittinghill of Jetson, Ky.; son Nathan Whittinghill of Jetson, Ky.; sister Norma Crawford of Roundhill, Ky.; 6 brothers Sam Whittinghill of Goshen, Ky., Charles Whittinghill of Edmonson Co. Ky., Bill Whittinghill of Nashville, TN, Bob Whittinghill of Bowling Green, Ky, Glen Whittinghill of Morgantown, Ky and Darrell Whittinghill of Bowling Green, Ky. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday March 16, 2013 at 1:00pm with Bro. Tom Shaffer officiating. Burial will be in the Whittinghill Cemetery. Visitation Friday March 15, 2013 from 11:00am - 8:00pm and Sat. 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
