Frances Belcher, 88, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. She was born in Butler Co., Ky. on May 6, 1930 to the late Thelmar Tines & Elfie Belcher. She was a homemaker, loved to garden and her cats and dogs. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Oakla Belcher; daughters Peggy and Elizabeth Belcher; sisters Edith Bobbett and Lois Shoemake; brother Willie Tines.

Frances is survived by her children Randell Belcher of Morgantown, Royce Belcher of Morgantown, Richard Belcher (Jan) of Shelbyville, Ky., Sandra Meredith (Thomas) of Brownsville, Oakla Belcher Jr. (Judy) of Morgantown, Dwight Belcher of Morgantown, Larry Belcher of Morgantown, John Belcher of Morgantown, David Belcher (Jenny) of Morgantown; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
