Frances Arvilla Payne, 86 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Frances was born on Friday, April 12, 1929 in Butler County, Kentucky, to the late Leonidas Ray West and Sallie Jane Render West and wife of the late Norman Payne. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by three sisters Nancy Petty, Virginia and Thelma West; two brothers Oakley and Tom West and one nephew Larry Dale West.
Frances Arvilla Payne is survived by one brother Samuel Eugene West and wife Alice of Morgantown, Ky.; two nieces Cheryl Lyons of Bowling Green, Ky. and Venita Guevarra of Owensboro, Ky. and several great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Salem Baptist Church Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 1:00pm with Bro. Derek Cain officiating.

Burial will be in the Render Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Salem Baptist Church Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 10:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm.
