Ethie Evans Annis, 83, of Logansport, KY, passed away Friday, July 1, 2016, at Morgantown Care and Rehab in Morgantown, Ky. Ethie was born April 6, 1933, in Butler Co. KY to the late Woody and Sudie Burden Evans and wife of the late Waldemar Annis. Waldemar and Ethie enjoyed camping in the mountains, fishing, antiquing and gardening. She was also a member of Salem Baptist Church and Eastern Star.
Ethie is survived by one daughter, Jennifer A. Embry, husband Dwight, grandson Caleb Johnson, wife Jessica, great-granddaughter, Ella Kate Johnson. Other grandchildren; Shannon Hudnall, husband Brian, Stephen Embry, wife Katherine, Bradley Embry, wife Mary Ellen, great-grandchildren; Laura, Will, Earon, Cooper, Thomas, Barrett and Ava, sister, Dora Johnson and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 3, 2016, at 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Chapel with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating.

Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Sunday, July 3, 2016, from 10:00 AM until Funeral time at 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
