Ethel Marie Smith Adams, age 60, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center. She was born on Aug. 16, 1962 in Bowling Green, Ky. Marie was a homemaker and loved to play with her grandchildren, loved the outdoors and taking long walks. She was preceded in death by her husband Larry Adams; mother Mildred Proctor Smith and father Earl Smith.

She is survived by her daughters Tammy Reedy, Linda Taylor (Joe), Amanda Beesley and Lisa Adams; grandchildren Katie Smith (Zachary), Rebecca Durbin (Mason), Kayla Wright, Robert Burden (Savannah), Tristen Phelps, Tyler Beesley, Alexis Beesley, Havanna Hack and Caitlynn Wilson; 8 great grandchildren and brother David Smith.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 2pm with Bro. Justin Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Wade Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, Aug. 2 from 10am until 2pm at Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers you can donate to Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 280, Morgantown, Ky. 42261.
