Esther Mae Givens, age 75,  of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at her residence in Morgantown. Mrs. Givens was born August 7, 1938 in Butler County, to the late Clayton and Rita Embry Felty.  Esther was a member of Aberdeen Baptist Church. She was a retired Beautician with 33 years of service to her clients.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter:  Cheryl Henderson, three brothers:  Dallas Felty, Chelsie Felty and Roy Felty.
 
Mrs. Givens is survived by her husband of 56 years, Roger H.Givens of Morgantown; one son Chris Givens and wife Gina of Welches Creek; one daughter Cindy Wedding and husband Steve of Philpot; four grandchildren:  Colton Givens of Lexington, Joseph Henderson and wife Kelly of Morgantown, Joshua Henderson of Morgantown and Hannah Wedding of Philpot; three great grandchildren; five sisters:  Devois Embry and husband Paul of Owensboro, Delois Dockery and husband Clayton of Morgantown, Blanche Embry and husband Herbert of Caneyville, Genevieve Embry and husband Adril of Morgantown and Norma Jean Cardwell and husband Ronnie of Jeffersontown, Ky.;  two brothers:  Ross Felty and wife Jean of Morgantown and Raven Felty and wife Delinda of Lancaster; a whole herd of nieces and  nephews.                 
 
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.  with Bro. Greg Fields officiating.  Burial will follow in the Chapel Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 8, 2013 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m.
and Saturday 8:00 a.m. until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown.
