Erlene F. Bratcher, age 87 of Bowling Green, KY, formerly of Morgantown, KY, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Village Manor, Christian Care Assisted Living in Bowling Green, KY. Born on Monday, June 28, 1937, in Butler County, KY. Erlene was the cherished daughter of the late Perry and Hallie Howard Flener. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Oscar Thomas Bratcher, her brothers Osburn and Ivan Flener, and sisters-in-law Kathryn and Bettie Flener.

Erlene is survived by her loving daughter, Linda Bratcher of Bowling Green, KY, her sister-in-law Lou Flener of Louisville, KY, and several nieces and nephews.

Throughout her life, Erlene was an active member of the Morgantown First United Methodist Church. Her professional life included many years of dedicated service at Holland Dairy and Morgantown Utilities. Erlene's interests were a reflection of her loving nature, reading and quilting.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 11:00am with Bro. Carroll Moseley officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Grove Cemetery where Jason Holcomb, Stuart Cook, Sam Flener, Mark Flener, Jordan Evans and Stan Johnson will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm and Thursday 8:00am until funeral time at 11:00am at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Walnut Grove Cemetery Fund 346 Lonnie Snodgrass Road Morganotwn, KY 42261.
