Emmit "Pete" Henderson, age 76 of Morgantown, KY passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky, Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY. Pete was born on Saturday, June 30, 1945 in Butler County, KY to the late Chester and Pauline Embry Henderson. He was the owner and operator of Henderson Drywall and loved his cat Baby. Pete also loved old cars and hotrods. He enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR , working in the yard and tinkering with anything. He is preceded in death by one daughter Kitty Henderson; four brothers Jerry, Bimbo, Kenny and R.C. Henderson and one sister Ermie Basham.

Emmit "Pete" Henderson is survived by his companion Sherry Joiner of Morgantown, KY; two sons Travis Duke and Mickey Henderson both of Louisville, KY; two sisters Kathleen McStoots of Louisville, KY and Sharlene Lacefield of Morgantown, KY; eight grandchildren Suzy Henderson, Sally Marquez, Serenna Henderson, Michael Henderson, Sarah Shepard, Phyllis Jean Henderson, P.J. Henderson and Haylee Duke and several nieces and nephews.
