Elizabeth Brown Anderson, 36 of Bowling Green, KY formerly of Morgantown, KY, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018, at the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY. Elizabeth was born July 12, 1981, in Bowling Green, KY. to Stephen Ray Brown and Bonita Sue Scalf Barnett. She is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Emory and Ruby Scalf and paternal grandfather Denzil Brown.

Elizabeth Brown Anderson is survived by one daughter Sarah Staples of Morgantown, KY; one son Johnny Staples of Morgantown, KY; father Stephen Brown and fiancé Judy of Bowling Green, KY; mother Bonita Barnett and husband Tim of Owensboro, KY; Sarah and Johnny's  father Nick Staples of Central City, KY; paternal grandmother Wanda Elmore of Russellville; and two grandmothers Karen Staples and Betty Tucker both of Morgantown, KY.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 5:00 pm with Bro. Tony Green officiating with private burial at Noah Johnson Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018, from 1:30 pm until funeral time at 5:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
