Edith Fay Bratcher Amos, 67 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 6, 2018, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Edith was born November 10, 1950, in Jefferson County Kentucky to the late George Sr. and Margie Embry Bratcher. She was a member of Mount Union Missionary Baptist Church and loved spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

Edith Fay Bratcher Amos is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Gordon W. Amos of Morgantown, Kentucky; four daughters Sandra Geary (Mike), Susan Decker (Larry Wayne), Stacia Moore (Bert) and Stephanie Alexander (Silas); one son Gordon Amos Jr. (Hannah; nine grandchildren Timothy Geary (Beth), Heath Geary, Grace and Lydia Decker, Trenten and Jessi Moore Alisa and Courtnei Alexander and Margaret Fay Amos; two great grandchildren Molly and Corbin Geary; one brother and three sisters and several nieces and nephews and special friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Monday, April 9, 2018, at 1:00 pm with Bro. Larry Cardwell and Bro. Bill Cardwell officiating. Burial will be in the Minton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Monday 8:00 am until funeral time at 1:00 pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
