Earline Miller Sharp Gipson Seabolt

Earline Miller Sharp Gipson Seabolt, 84  left this earth to be with her Heavenly Father early in the morning on Sunday January 15, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a native of Roundhill, Kentucky born July 31, 1927. Earline, truly loved her family, she especially cherished her role as a mother to her six children and grandmother to her grandchildren. In honor of her daughter Joline, Earline was very active with the Special Olympics as well as a devoted foster parent and supporter of the Salvation Army. She is the daughter of the late Carl and Agnes (Cardwell) Miller. She is preceded in death by her brothers Charles, A C, J C, Laymon, and Daymon Miller and Arthur Watts and one sister, Verline Raymer.

Earline Miller Sharp Gipson Seabolt is survived by her loving and devoted children Sheila (Alan), Sharon (Curtis), Tony (Debbie), Tommy (Cindy), Robbin (Mike) and Joline; 3 sisters Madgline Cannon (Glendle), Sadie Womack Cole and Frances Austin; 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and many loved nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Maud A. Maya, Dr. B. Heimer, and Dr. B. Grumley for the compassionate care they provided Earline over the years. Their appreciation is extended to Davita in New Albany and Cindy Sharp, Earline’s daughter- in- law, for their continued love, support, and care.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday January 18, 2012 at 12:00pm. Burial will be in the Threlkel Cemetery, Hwy 70.  Visitation Tuesday Jan. 17, 2012 1:00pm – 8:00pm and Wed. 8:00am until funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
