Earl Wade Cardwell, 77 of Morgantown, KY passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at his residence. Earl was born on Friday, September 15, 1944 in Butler County, KY to the late Isom and Earline Gray Cardwell. He was a member of Leonard Oak General Baptist Church, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his bike. Earl loved to carve wood, from making bird houses to walking sticks. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by three siblings Virginia Long, Coeta Petty and Annette Cardwell.

Earl Wade Cardwell is survived by six siblings Beatrice Watts (Donald), Juanita Garrison, Morris Cardwell (Sue), Billy Cardwell (Norene), Robert Cardwell (Tina) and George Cardwell (Ida Mae) and 14 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Leonard Oak General Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 2:00pm with Bro. Roy Alford officiating. Burial will be held in the Noah Johnson Cemetery where Aaron Cardwell, Jamie Proctor, Clinton Phelps, Ethan Phelps and Reese Filback will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 10:30am until funeral time at 2:00pm at Leonard Oak General Baptist Church.
