Such a knowledgable and outgoing person==he was a mainstay to the personality of MCRC and has already been missed by so many. His interest in the past and the official documents related to it are renown.God had better have all of the records of heaven at his disposal for Doug will be intensely interested.
One at a time, we were all your students in the lobby of MCRC. I hope I was a good listener. I'll miss you, friend. Roger
I remember Mr Daugherty from my school days also. Chesley's wife Connie was my home room teacher - thinking of the family in these trying times.
Mr. Daugherty has told me many stories of families in Butler County. When I visited him a little over a week ago, he was doing some research for Shirley and Woody Allen. Together we read many pages from his Census books and others research books he had in his room at Morgantown Care and Rehab. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family and many friends.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mr. Daughters family. He loved to talk and cared so much for his family. I know they will miss him very much.
