Dorothy Caudill, 89, of  Franklin, Ky., passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Signature Healthcare in Bowling Green, Ky.  She was born in Morgantown, Ky. on June 16, 1926 to the late Clido and Eva Bingham Pendley.  She spent her life serving others, caring for her family, always counseling us to do better.  She enjoyed cooking, working in her yard, planting flowers and sewing.  She was a great provider to her family and will be so very missed.
She was preceded in death by one son, Richard Owen Caudill; brother, Glen Pendley and sister, Omie Kimmel.
 
Dorothy is survived by 6 children, 4 sons;  Rodger Caudill and Robert Caudill both of Ashland City, Tn.; David Caudill of Franklin and Darrell Caudill of Knoxville, Tn.; 2 daughters, Darkmoon House of Woodbury and Janice Fields of Morningview, Ky.  She has 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Curtis and Odell Pendley; 3 sisters, Lucy Pendley, Minnie Johnson and Annie Willoughby.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 1pm with Bro. Gary Embry officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hill Haven Memory Garden Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30 from 4-8 pm and Thursday from 8 am until time of service.
