Dorothy Hunt, 88 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Tuesday April 7, 2020 at her residence. Dorothy was born December 28, 1931 in the Mining City community in Butler County, KY to the union of the late Joseph B. and Mary Elizabeth Poole Willis and wife of the late Hubert Hunt.  She was a member of Belmont General Baptist Church and a homemaker. Other than parents and spouse she is preceded in death by two sons Keith Hunt and Kimmie Dale Hunt; one brother Kenneth Willis and one sister Norma Sue Howard.

Dorothy Hunt is survived by one daughter Pam Kemp (Jerry) of Cartersville, GA; daughter in law Sandra Hunt of Morgantown, KY; three grandchildren Bryan Hunt (Kristie) of Morgantown, KY, Nathan Kemp (Kara) of Cartersville, GA and Ashley Kemp (fiance Shannon) of Cartersville, GA; four great grandchildren Kaleb and Karrington Hunt of Morgantown, KY and Logan and Lindley Kemp of Cartersville, GA and several nieces and nephews.

For the health and safety of the families we serve we are staying in compliance by the directives set forth by the Governor of Kentucky and CDC recommendations. The Hunt family has requested that all visitation and funeral services be private at the Jones Funeral Chapel with Bro. Gary Embry officiating.
