Donnie Belle Keen Dye, 83, of  Louisville, Ky. passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at the Crestview Nursing Home in Shelbyville, Ky.  Donnie was born October. 18, 1931  in Butler Co., Ky. to the late Russell A. and Cora Lee Hatcher Keen .  She was a  retired employee from Phillip Morris and a member of  Ninth & O Baptist Church in Louisville.  She enjoyed quilting and playing rook,  but most of all she was a loving and caring mother and grandmother .She preceded  in death by her parents, husband Maurice E. Dye and eight siblings.

Mrs. Dye  is survived by two sons Danny Dye and wife Judy of Sugar Grove, Ky., Gregory Dye of  Louisville, Ky.; one daughter Colleen Heflin and husband Wayne of Bagdad, Ky.; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers Gabe Keen and wife Shirley of  Sugar Grove, Ky.,  Wilbur Keen and wife Darlene of Corydon, Indiana; one sister Martha Franklin and husband Dale of Provo, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
 
Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Philip Brown and Joshua Rucker. Burial will follow in the Cook Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February. 6, 2015 from 11am to 3 pm ESTat  Ninth & O Baptist Church in Louisville, Ky. and from  6pm to 9pm CST at Smith Funeral Home in Morgantown and  Saturday from 8 a.m.-  until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
