Donna J. Embry, 76 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday April 27, 2019 at her son's residence in Louisville, KY. Donna was born August 11, 1942 in Louisville, KY to the late William Hamilton Hatfield and Blanche Laird Collins and wife of the late Lindon C. Embry. She was a member of Chapel Union Missionary Baptist Church and retired from Kellwood. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one son Harry Robert Collins; two sisters Blanche Miliam and Shirley Miles and one brother Claude Hatfield.

Donna J. Embry is survived by two sons Anthony W. Stivers (Melinda) of Shepherdsville, KY and Donald D. Davis (Kelli) of Louisville, KY; one granddaughter Audrey Carpenter (Joey) of Pennsylvania; two grandsons Tanner Stivers (Jessie) of Shepherdsville, KY and Chad Stivers (Olivia) of Lebanon Junction, KY; 12 great grandchildren; one sister Doris Nickels of New Albany, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Chapel Union Missionary Baptist Church on Thursday May 2, 2019 at 12:00 pm with Bro. Greg Fields and Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 1, 2019 from 3:00pm - 8:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel and Thursday 11:00am until funeral time at 12:00pm at Chapel Union Missionary Baptist Church.
