Dimple Morene Daugherty, 86 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Tuesday April 16, 2019 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Dimple was born December 12, 1932 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Harold and Gertrude Abney Moore and wife of the late Rollie James Daugherty.
She was a member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker. Her children called her a woman of independent strength and unconditional love. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one son Roger Daugherty; four brothers Thurman, Thomas, Vernon and Kenneth Moore and one sister Erdine Moore.

Dimple Morene Daugherty is survived by one daughter Reda Seabolt and husband Richie of Roundhill, KY; four sons Ronnie Daugherty of Huntsville, KY, William Lee Daugherty and wife Joy Ann of Morgantown, KY, Jeffery Lynn Daugherty and wife Laurie of Morgantown, KY and Rollie James Daugherty Jr of Lewisburg, KY; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday April 19, 2019 at 11:00am with Bro. Derek Cain officiating. Private burial will be held in the New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday April 18, 2019 from 3:00pm - 8:00pm and Friday 8:00am until funeral time at 11:00am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
