Dianna Smith Phelps, 69, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at her residence. She was born on December 28, 1952 in Butler Co., Ky. to the late Nora Shepherd Smith. She was an LPN and a member of Gillyville Baptist Church. She loved to clean. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Billy Joe Phelps; great grandson Dayne Kennedy; brothers Laymond, Odel, Earl and Billy Smith; sister Ruth Ann Childres. Dianna is survived by children Gary Phelps, Tonya Barton (Jeff) and Brandy Wilson (Justin); grandchildren Bailey Phelps, Chelsea Phelps, Dakota Phelps, Austin Phelps, Kaci Watson, Isaiah Watson, Hunter Watson, Jami Wilson, Karlie Wilson, Justin Wilson Jr., Erin Wilson; 7 great grandchildren; sisters Mae Clark, Faye Hudnall, Ruby Phelps and Dale Henderson; brothers Kenneth and Bobby Wayne Smith.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 2pm at Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be held in the Wade Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022 from 10am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
