Diane Cockerell, 58 of Lewisburg, KY passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Owensboro Hospital Regional Health in Owensboro, KY. Diane was born June 7, 1960 in Monticello, Indiana to the late Noble Owen and Aline Embry Cockerell. She was a member of Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters Connie Hunt and Vonnell Hillard.

Diane Cockerell is survived by six brothers Jerry Cockerell and wife Christie of Lewisburg, KY, Floyd Cockerell and wife Connie of Utica, KY, Charles Cockerell and wife Stephani of Florida, David Cockerell of Owensboro, KY, Ronnie Cockerell of Owensboro, KY and Max Cockerell and wife Sharon of Lawrenceburg, KY; three sisters Kathleen Woodcock and husband Ken of Morgantown, KY, Jewelene Towery and husband John of Utica, KY and Alice Simmons and husband Steve of Owensboro, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1:00pm with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Brooklyn Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 9:30am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
