Destiny Diangela Brooks

Destiny Diangela Brooks, 19, of Morgantown, passed away on Wed., Oct. 31, in Warren County. She was born in Williamsburg, Va., on Feb. 15, 1999, to William Smith and Danielle Brooks. She worked through Life skills as a caregiver, fed the homeless and took in stray animals. She was the God Mother of Grayson Byrum. Destiny was full of life and love, she was always the life of the party and loved music. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Ora Keyser, Catherine Brooks, and her cat, Toby.
 
Destiny is survived by her mother, Danielle Brooks of Urbanna, Va. William Smith of Virginia, grandmother Charlotte Brooks of Baltimore, grandfather Robert Brooks, Jr. of Gloucester, Va., uncle Lamont Washington (Tabitha) of Bowling Green. Aunt Chastity Romine of St. Augustine Fla. Stephanie Harris of Georgia. Catherine Brooks of Williamsburg, Va., a host of great aunts, uncles, and cousins. Girlfriend Madison Parrish of Roundhill. Godsister Keyana Keyser of Topping, Va. Godbrother Keyshawn Keyser of Topping, Va. She will be missed by her dogs Marley, Bailey and Scar.
 
Visitation will begin on Sat., Nov. 10, at 10 a.m. at Smith Funeral Home until the time of funeral service. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sat., Nov. 10 at Smith Funeral Home with,  Bro. Stevie Embry officiating.
