Denise Annette Bratcher passed away on February 7, 2022 at home. She died in the arms of her sisters Danielle and Donna. Her passing, although very sudden, was quick. She lived her life in the west side suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, and retired after many years in the insurance industry.

Denise was always positive and undemanding with the many caregivers she encountered during her struggle with health problems and complications. Denise lived a simple life, publicly being positive, upbeat, and gracious, and privately with her family being generous, loyal, and loving to laugh.

Denise Annette Bratcher was born July 15, 1958, the daughter of Arvel and Dolores Bratcher and beloved daughter-of-the-heart of Christine Bratcher of Morgantown, who survives. Denise is predeceased by her parents Arvel and Dolores and sisters Diane and Debra. She is survived by her brother Dennis (Sharon), sisters Donna and Danielle, stepsisters Bonnie (Eric) Conklin and Racine (Brad) Miller, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. May she know she is and will be missed by those who love her.

A private service at the Noah Johnson Cemetery in Morgantown will be at a later date. Local arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
