Dawn Lucille Goodman, 45, of Bowling Green, Ky. passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Bowling Green, Ky. She was born in Chicago, Il. on September 19, 1970 to the late Diane Kostecki. Ms. Goodman worked at Save-A-Lot as a store clerk. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by three sons James Goodman (Breann) of Bowling Green, Richard Kostecki of Bowling Green, Michael Goodman (Summer) of Morgantown; one grand-daughter Lilly Grace Goodman of Bowling Green; one brother Todd Kostecki of Indiana.

Memorial Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky. on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 12 pm. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15th from 10am until the time of service.
