David Wayne Johnson, 49, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the Medical Center Hospital, Bowling Green, Ky. He was born in Warren Co., Ky. on August 3, 1967 to Carlie Jr. and Patricia Henderson Johnson who survives. He was a member of Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church and a Sanitation worker. David liked fishing at pay lakes, watching wrestling, UK basketball and playing poker.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his parents Carlie Johnson Jr. and Patricia Henderson Johnson of Acworth, Georgia.; one sister Candy Littleton and husband Avery of Emerson Georgia; two brothers Patrick Johnson and wife T.J. of Morgantown; Leigh Johnson of Acworth, Georgia; nieces and nephews Jeremy, Miranda, Kayeland & Cheyanne Littleton all of Emerson, Georiga; Heaven, Bethany, Madyson, Carlie & Lucas Johnson all of Acworth, Georgia, Hannah & Logan Johnson both of Morgantown; many aunts, uncles and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm with Bro. Mike Daugherty officiating.
Burial will follow in the Chapel Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 22 from 4-8 pm, Monday 8 am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
