David T. Peay, 54 of Morgantown, KY passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at the Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. David was the son Anthony Tyler and Doris Eluevone Embry who survives. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a Kentucky Colonel. David loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

David T. Peay is survived by two sons Joshua Tyler Peay and Jordan Robert Peay both of Morgantown, KY; parents Tyler and Doris Peay of Morgantown, KY; one grandson Aidan Taylor Peay of Bowling Green, KY; one brother Eddie Dwayne Peay and wife Angela of Morgantown, KY and one niece AnaLeigh Faith Peay of Morgantown, KY.

Memorial services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 6:00pm. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 3:00pm until service time at 6:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
