David E. Hatcher

David Earl Hatcher, age 73 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 1, 2012, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.  David was born February 15, 1939 in Butler County, Ky. to the late Jewel Hatcher and Catherine House Hatcher. He was a member of Morgantown First Baptist Church and retired from Holley Performance after 38 years. He was preceded in death by one brother Donald Hatcher and sister in-law Opal Hatcher.
David Earl Hatcher is survived by his wife of 54 years Barbara Allen Johnson Hatcher of Morgantown, Ky.; two daughters Judith Renfrow (Lawan) and Patricia Burden (Teddy) all of Morgantown, Ky.; four sons David D. Hatcher (Reaunetta), Bradley J. Hatcher (Connie) Steve Hatcher (Felicia) all of Morgantown, Ky. and Kevin Hatcher (Maxine) of Caneyville, Ky.; grandchildren Tabitha Neighbors, Tonya White, Jeffrey Renfrow, Crystal Burden, Eric Hatcher, Ethan Hatcher and Lilly Hatcher and several step grandchildren; great grandchildren Austin and Jocelyn Kuprion, Kaden White and Drew Hatcher; several step great grandchildren; three brothers Jerry Hatcher (Barbara Nell), Charles Hatcher (Earline) and Darrel Hatcher (Juanita) all of Morgantown, Ky.; one sister Connie Embry (Cotton) of Morgantown, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday October 4, 2012 at 11:00am with Bro. Greg Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 11:00am - 8:00pm and Thursday from 8:00am until funeral at 11:00am at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
