Dale L. Skaggs, 61 of Brandenburg, Kentucky passed away due to complications of a stroke on Monday November 6, 2017 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Dale was born November 17, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Ralph L. Skaggs and Helena Theiler Skaggs, who survive.

Dale L. Skaggs is survived by his mother Helena Skaggs of Morgantown, Kentucky; one sister-April Johnson and husband Gary Morgantown, Kentucky; one brother Kevin Skaggs and wife May Jane of Murfresboro, TN; one half sister Linda Skaggs of Indiana; five nieces and nephews-Jeff, Jason, Brandon, Jessica and Kristin.
