Cova Myrl Johnson Felty, 89, of Morgantown, KY, formerly of Owensboro, KY, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Morgantown Care & Rehab. Cova was born October 6, 1928 in Butler County, KY to the late Charlie and Pernia Brooks Johnson and she was the wife of the late Roy Felty. She was a member of Chapel Union Missionary Baptist Church and a retired custodian from the Daviess County School System. Other than her parents and husband, Cova is preceded in death by one son, Randy Felty, and several brothers and sisters.

Cova Myrl Johnson Felty is survived by one daughter-Judy Zoglmann and husband David of Whitesville, KY; one son-Danny Felty and wife Gayle of Morgantown, KY; two grandsons-Jerrod Beyke and wife Sara of Owensboro, KY and Eric Zoglmann of Owensboro, KY; two granddaughters-Kelly Hawkins and husband Brandon of Owensboro, KY and Kate Zoglmann of Owensboro, KY; seven great-grandchildren-Taylor and Alyssa Beyke of Owensboro, KY, Cameron and Hunter Hawkins of Owensboro, KY, Jayden and Ava Ealum of Owensboro, KY and Ethan Zoglmann of Owensboro, KY. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel on Thursday January 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Derek Cain officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
