Clifford "Dewayne" Johnson

Clifford Dewayne Johnson, 57 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Sunday December 9, 2012 at the Medical Ceneter in Bowling Green, KY. Dewayne was born April 4, 1955 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Clifford Johnson and Georgia Hunt Sams, who survives. He was a member of Belmont General Baptist Church, Cassia Lodge #272, Scottish Rite in Madisonville KY, Rizpah Shrine Temple and owner of Dewayne's Body Shop.

Clifford Dewayne Johnson is survived by his wife, Denise Mason Johnson of Morgantown, Ky.; son Chad Johnson of Morgantown, Ky.; mother Georgia Sams of Morgantown, Ky.; step-son Jacob Barrow wife Amanda of Morgantown, Ky.; grandson Josh Barrow of Morgantown, Ky.; sister Debbie Marrs husband Tim of Morgantown, Ky.; 2 brothers Ollie Brooks wife Diane of Louisville, Ky and Dallas Brooks wife Kathleen of Morgantown, Ky and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday December 12, 2012 at 1:00pm with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial will be in the Dan Johnson Cemetery. Masonic Rites conducted by Cassia Lodge #272 will be held Tuesday evening at 6:30pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held Tuesday  December 11, 2012 from 12:00pm - 9:00pm and Wednesday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. I just learned of this after returning from a trip out of town. I was not aware of Dwayne being ill. He was good to my mother. I am sorry for your loss. He was so young.
