Clarence "Potsy" Dale Cardwell, 68 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Tuesday July 28, 2020 at his residence. Clarence was born December 29, 1951 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Everett and Mary Charlene Phelps Cardwell. He was retired from Delta Faucet and loved working on old cars. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers Ricky Dallas Cardwell and Odis Ray Cardwell.

Clarence "Potsy" Dale Cardwell is survived by his wife of eleven years Vena Brown Cardwell; two sons Roger Cardwell and Edward Cardwell and wife Michele; one grandchild Trevor Cardwell; seven brothers James Charlie "Jay" Cardwell, Alfa Jetson Cardwell, Everette Rollie Cardwell, Glendon R. Cardwell, Eulon Wayne Cardwell, Kenny Cardwell and Roger Cardwell; two sisters May L. Lindsey and Betty Sue Blacklock and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday August 2, 2020 from 11:00 am - 2:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Sunday August 2, 2020 at 2:30 pm at the Butler Phelps Cemetery with Bro. David Cardwell officiating.
