Christian Felipe Gomez Francisco, age 9 of Morgantown, KY  passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN. Christian was born on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 in Owensboro, KY to the union of Pedro and the late Eulalia Gomez. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Morgantown, KY. Christian was a 4th grade student at Morgantown Elementary School, he loved basketball, playing guitar, singing and reading the Bible. Other than his mother, Christian is preceded in death by his grandparents Felipe Gomez Pedro and Juana Perez Pedro.

Christian is survived by his father, Pedro Gomez of Morgantown, KY; three brothers Nicolas Carmelo Francisco, Jesus Luis Carmelo Francisco and Felix Francisco, all of Morgantown, KY, grandmother, Magdalena Tomas Tomas of Owensboro, KY and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Friday September 15, 2023 from 11:00am - 7:00pm. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00am  Butler County Middle School with Father Julio Barrera officiating. Burial will be in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens.
