Charlotte Phelps, 78, of Beaver Dam, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. She was born in Jetson, Ky. on Sept. 11, 1942 to the late Offie V. and Glennie Gary Phelps. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church in Little Bend, Ky. She loved cooking, gardening and being with her family. Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Jerry W. Phelps of Beaver Dam; son Greg Phelps (Marva) of Ft. Myers, Fl.; daughter Tonya Wilcox of Morgantown; brother Gary Phelps (Taunya) of Morgantown; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 17 at 1pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Hines and Bro. Greg Phelps officiating. Private burial, with family only, will follow in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be on Sunday, Jan. 17 at Smith Funeral Home from noon until time of service.

Everyone must wear a mask and social distancing is required. No outside food or drink may be brought in.
