Charles Rick Fowler, 62 of Morgantown, KY died Sunday, June 19, 2016, at the Hospice of Southern Kentucky. Rick was born December 9, 1952, in Fayetteville, Tennessee, a son of James Milton Fowler and Mollie Alice Walker.

He is survived by two daughters: Jessica (Adam) Mason of Morgantown, KY, Marie (Derek) Ellis of Bowling Green, a son: Charles Jason (Kristie) Fowler of Bowling Green, a step-son: Jody (Casey) Cassidy of Bowling Green, Five Grandchildren, and Four Great-grandchildren, Rick is also survived by Three Sisters: Shirley (Robert) Guy of Bowling Green, Debbie (Blake) Goodwin of Cantonment, FL., Amanda Hittson of Bowling Green, KY, along with one brother: James D Linda) Fowler of Rockfield, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James Milton and Mollie Alice Fowler and a sister: Kathy Lewis.

A visitation period and celebration of Rick’s life will be at the Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane Bowling Green, KY) on Thursday, June 23, 2016, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Rick’s name be made out to the Hospice of Southern Kentucky (5872 Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42104) Cone Funeral Home is serving the Fowler family (270-904-4201)
