Charles Phillip Cook

Charles Phillip Cook, 50 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. He was a Louisville, Ky. native and son of Charles Olson Cook and the late Sue N. James Cook. He attended Morgantown Community Church and was a forklift operator at RJ Corman. Charles Phillip Cook is survived by his wife Deanna Owens Cook of Morgantown, Ky; daughter Rebecca Cook Taylor and husband Derrick of Adolphus, Ky; son Taylor Phillip Cook of Morgantown, Ky; daughter Angela Sanford and husband Brent of Bowling Green, Ky; daughter Amanda Mayhugh and husband Sean of Morgantown, Ky; granddaughters Isabella Taylor of Adolphus, Ky and Kelsey Sanford of Bowling Green, Ky; grandson Gavin Sanford of Bowling Green, Ky; father Charles Olson Cook of Cromwell, Ky.; sisters Leisa Deann Cook of Cromwell, Ky., Pat Ashby and husband Jeff of Hartford, Ky., Vickie Cook of Louisville, Ky., Judy Cook of Louisville, Ky. and Kathy Cornett and husband Wayne of Bowling Green, Ky; brothers Chris Cook and wife Cydnee of Beaver Dam, Ky. and Jim Sanders and wife Barbara of Hartford, Ky.; grandmother Madeline James of Hartford, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 1:00pm with Bro. Mike Daugherty officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery Hwy 505, Cromwell, Ky. Visitation will begin on  Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 4:30pm - 8:00pm and Wednesday from 8:00 am until funeral time at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
