Charles Mullins, 70 of Rochester, KY passed away Sunday September 12, 2021 at his residence. He was born on Wednesday, September 27, 1950 in Floyd County, KY to the late Fred Mullins and Theda Mae Salyer Joseph. Charles was a United States Marine Veteran and a retired machinist for Makita. He enjoyed wood working and spoiling his granddaugther, she was the apple of his eye. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Fred Mullins and one sister Teresa Mullins Borders.

Charles Mullins is survived by his wife of 51 years Reva Mullins of Rochester, KY; one son Charles Joseph Mullins Jr. wife Kayoung of Suwanee, GA; one granddaughter Yena Han Mullins of Suwanee, GA; one half brother David Joseph wife Marci of Fairbanks, Alaska and several nieces and nephews.
