Cassie Mae Davis, 33, of Caneyville, passed away Thursday, December 31st, 2015 at her residence.

She was born on Friday, October 8th, 1982 in Leitchfield, the daughter of Tony Lee and Tamela (Blanton) White. She attended White Ridge Church. Cassie loved to fish and spend time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Lee “Bubba” Davis of Wyoming; her father, Tony Lee White of Caneyville; her mother, Tamela Neill of Caneyville; 3 brothers, Tony Lee White, Jr of Kentucky, Joshua Lee White of Owensboro and Craig Lucas Montgomery of IL; her grandmother, Elaine Hack of Caneyville; her “meme”, Yolanda Sue Blanton of IL; 5 aunts, Sandra Mercer, Teresa Burnette and Tammy Mudd all of Caneyville, Stephanie White of Morgantown and Tiffany Blanton of IL and one uncle, Travis Blanton of IL. Cassie is preceded in death by her son, William Vann Blunk; her baby girl; 4 grandparents, Charlie Blanton, Janie Blanton, Richard Hack and Odell White and one aunt, Shannon Blanton.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6th at time at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro Joe Williams and Bro Buddy Swift will be officiating. Burial will be in the Dit Vincent Cemetery in Edmonson County.

Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Monday after 2:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:00 am until time of service.
