Mrs. Carrie Blewett Charlton, 72, of Franklin, died Feb. 22, 2016, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.

Funeral is at noon Saturday at Crafton Funeral Home, with burial in Woodburn Cemetery.

A native of Logan County, she was the daughter of the late Chester Blewett and Matilda Lowe Blewett. She was a homemaker and a member of Salmon’s General Baptist Church but regularly attended Woodburn Baptist Church. Mrs. Charlton was preceded in death by her son, Neil Walton.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Charlton of Franklin; a son, Scott Charlton and wife Geri of Franklin; a daughter-in-law, Suellen Walton of Woodburn; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and begins at 6 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
