Carolyn Sue Baize, 65, of Morgantown died Thursday, September 19, 2013, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. She was born in Fordsville, was assistant manager at Western Kentucky Truck Stop and a member of Newton Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan "Bill" Baize and Martha Lucinda Dillingham Baize Embry; a son, William Ray Feldman; a brother, Arthur Ray Baize; and a sister, Linda Baize.

Survivors include three sons, Bryan P. Feldman, Wayne (Connie) Feldman and Billy (Kellie) Feldman, all of Owensboro; a daughter, Sarah (Scott) Darrin of Morgantown; 10 grandchildren, Heather, Amber, Haley, Logan, Corbin, Samantha, Isaiah, Lyndon, Jackson and Jenna: four great-grandchildren, Hunter, Brendon, Alaina and Madisyn; brothers Mike Baize of Fordsville and Roger Baize and Vincent Baize, both of Cromwell; and sisters Daisy Allen of Louisville and Debby Carathers of Morgantown.

Services were at 3 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2013, at Geary Funeral Home in Fordsville.
