Carl Edward Clymer, 68, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. He was born in Oklahoma on December 29, 1947 to the late Delbert and Elva Rozell Clymer. He was a U.S. Marine, Vietnam Veteran. Carl was a construction worker, a member of the V.F.W. He enjoyed hunting and remodeling old jeeps. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Clymer is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mae House Clymer of Morgantown; children, Caryn Irwin of Oregon, Lisa Miller of Morgantown, James "Jimmy" Cardwell and wife Toni of Missouri; grandchildren, Clayton , Corey and Dallas Miller, Justin and Madison Cardwell, Brandon, Troy, Sandra and Dakota Irwin; great grandchildren, Ruger Dean and Taylor C. Miller; two sisters Paulin Abbott and Jean Cloud.

Graveside Service will be held at the House Cemetery on Saturday, September 24th at 3 pm. with Military Honors. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky.
