Brenda Taylor Evans, 71, of Bowling Green, Ky., passed away Monday, December 18, 2017, at the Greenwood Nursing Home in Bowling Green. She was born in Butler Co. on Jan. 25, 1946 to the late J.R. and Edna Earl Waddle Taylor. She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching the Food Network and working crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy C. Evans; son Jason Evans and sister Vicky Amos.

Mrs. Evans is survived by her daughter Sheila McAllister and husband Ian of Bowling Green; sisters Patty Slaubaugh and husband Eddie of Murfreesboro, Tn., Sharon White and husband Tom of Morgantown and Teresa Boeckmann of Bowling Green; grandchildren Gabrielle and Zoe McAllister of Bowling Green; brother in -law Jerry Evans of Morgantown and sister in- law Janice Evans of Indianapolis, In.; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 22 at 1 pm with Bro. Eddie Slaubaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Wade Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 21 from 11am-8pm and Friday from 8 am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
